My Story
I am a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. My practice is rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and change — and that the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful catalyst for healing.
I completed my Masters in Assessment and Counselling at the University of Toronto and have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including community mental health, addiction, and private practice. Over the decades, I have had the privilege of supporting people through depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and substance misuse.
My approach is collaborative, respectful, and client-centred. I work alongside you — not ahead of you — to help you understand patterns, build insight, and discover new possibilities for living your life. I draw on a range of evidence-based modalities, adapting my approach to what works best for each individual.

What I Believe
Everyone deserves to be heard
I create a space that is genuinely safe — free of judgment, full of curiosity and care.
Change is always possible
No matter where you are in life, growth and healing are within reach with the right support.
The relationship matters
The connection between therapist and client is itself a source of healing — I take that seriously.
You are the expert on your life
My role is to walk alongside you, not to direct your path. Your goals guide our work.
